Forms in DLL...
« on: March 03, 2009, 09:16:00 pm »
I am trying to load some forms of a DLL, when creating the forms some components disappear and others do not answer to the events… Somebody knows as eliminates these errors?

AFAIK using LCL from a DLL isn't yet supported (search the forum).

hmm.. there is something odd, and it's known.

OSX appears to be OK.

There is a report on mantis (http://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=7182) which has a demo app as well. Before Christmas, it appeared to function, it would be annoying if there is a regression there...

If you're willing to trace through the win32 widgetset and work out how and why messages get lost that might be very helpful, but we won't hold you to it!

I made download of the example (http://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=7182), and this example has the same problems… the button does not function, to close the application is necessary to use taskman of the Windows… I decided to conclude the creation of the application all in Linux, and to search more on LCL in DLL.
