I am not  yet a user of Lazarus, but want know this tool what is like a software Delphi/Kylix.
Please tell me how to procede to make a download of Lazarus.

It is very similar to Delphi and you should not have much of a problem in using it.  You can download a copy by going to the Download section on this site or by going to the Sourceforge Website
