Wow. Many thanks for the link, and for Embarcadero for making it available as a .pdf. Cantu has always been a good and reliable author.

I've been putting manuals like this on a tablet so that I can read and follow examples and exercises on one screen while trying them on my PC. It takes a little getting used to, but is easily more user-friendly than a 500 page printed volume.
