Copied and rebuild installation from code: nothing works anymore.

I have an installation on Windows 10, 64 bit, build from a recent trunk, that I copied from another one. I installed a bootstrap compuiler and rebuild fpc and Lazarus, to make sure. Of course, when running startlazarus, it complained that my configuration was broken, but that is normal.

But now all my projects are broken. I'm also pretty sure I did build and install the 64-bit cross-compiler, but everything seems to be 32-bit. Rebuilding the IDE with Win64 / x86_64 gives the following error: "Error: Illegal parameter: -Twin64".

I haven't found a way to make a new installation that actually works.
