[Solved] Injecting keyboard events into application
« on: May 19, 2023, 01:46:25 pm »
This might be a weird one. :)

Is there a way of injecting keyboard events into a Lazarus application "from the inside" so that the currently active form receives them?

Cheers
Joerg

Discovered XTestFakeKeyEvent, which is X-only, but would be sufficient in my case because even though I do much of the development on Mac my application will be deployed on Linux. Will give it a try next week when I have access to my Linux box.

Have a nice weekend everyone!
