In Lazarus IDE, how do I move the selected componen(s) 1 pixel at a time (MacOS)

I do not understand the meaning of "option and command"

On Windows I can do it like this:
- select any control in Form-Designer
- press and hold the CTRL (control) key and use while pressing CTRL the Arrow keys to shift the control pixel by pixel in the direction of arrow.

Is that on MacOS different?

The attached project shows how to do this, and although I cannot test on a Mac, I do not know why it would not work since the LCL is cross-platform.
@KodeZwerg: I think Command is a sort of Alt-key for the Mac.

Yes I know it works on windows, but it doesn't work on MacOSX for some reason.

(Well, test with Lazarus trunk first).
