It took me a day too many to make tcp send/receive work with synapse in Windows.
To avoid the effort for you. (I hope).
I attach.
It is a happy-path program.
That means.
It just works. (or so I say)
No error handling (I leave that up to you)
No difficult thread hassle.
Unzip the two folders in a folder and open the pascal lpi.
Make sure the firewall is open for the port you intend to use.
Make sure to install synapse before you compile.
