TMapViewer and Overlay Tiles

I would like to use the OpenSeamap overlay tiles in TmapViewer using a basis of OpenStreetMap.
How should I do this?

I saw the option of overlaying GPS objects on the map, but the OpenSeamap tiles are just like osm tiles but then transparent. So I would have to read them both at the same time and display one over the other. Or is there another way?

I am afraid this is not possible with the current version which can display only a single set of tiles. Basically it should be possible to download a second set and paint these images with alpha channel over the first set, but this requires changes in the code.
