Data Controls Pallette Disappeared

I installed some new components from the online package manager (zeosDBO and Fortes Report), and when I sorted them, to better fit my needs, the Data Controls pallette disappeared. I couldn't by any means make it appear again, only reinstalling Lazarus. Could someone please help?

Maybe related: "Tools" > "Options" > "Component Palette" > "Restore Defaults"?

One idea:
If you have a DataModule active in editor then all visual components in the palette are hidden.
This would affect much more than Data Controls of course.
