Using SynEdit? - Manual

I have trying to find information about the synthax of SynEdit. Does any body has an example of code using SynEdit with Perl or SQL?

Lightning:
Drop a SynEdit and a SynYourLangSyn, set the SynEdit's highlighter property to SynYourLangSyn, load or type something to test.
That's it ;)
