Hi,

Is there a release note or changelog anywhere that is specific to 2.2.6?
ie what has changed between 2.2.4 & 2.2.6

as opposed to the whole 2.2.x series

Cheers,
Peter

It' a "bug fix" release. So it does not have new feature.

Bugs closed should be  listed at https://gitlab.com/freepascal.org/lazarus/lazarus/-/milestones/86#tab-issues
But this may not be complete.

The only other list, is the commit log (31 commits)
https://gitlab.com/freepascal.org/lazarus/lazarus/-/compare/lazarus_2_2_4...lazarus_2_2_6?from_project_id=28419588&straight=false

Thank you for the release!

Can you also provide the checksum for the Lazarus-2.2.6-0-x86_64-macosx.pkg?

Maybe I have overseen something but I can't find any under https://www.lazarus-ide.org/index.php?page=checksums#2_2_6

Hi!
Since I'm reading about checksums here:
Would it be possible to provide future download versions for Windows with a software certificate?

I pay around €80 per year for a Code Signing Certificate for my programs. I would like to donate this cost to FP/Laz.

Thanks, we (the team) need to look into that (again). It is one of those topics that comes up, and that should be possible. But somehow always failed to get done... :(

It would be enough to sign only the download file, not all single .exe files in it.
I use the "OV Code Signing Certificates", purchased through this provider: https://www.ksoftware.net/code-signing-certificates/

With the freeware tool "kSign" from the same webpage, the signing is done with two clicks. It couldn't be easier.
If you are interested, I will be happy to contact you about my offered monetary donation.

Hi, I get these bugs (never in fewer versions) when I try to copy and paste a TImage (with png image).

Sometimes I have to delete manually the png data image from the .dfm file to open the project :/

This is all I know. Thanks for your hard work and best regards.

EDIT: This also happen when I try to paste an ImageList from one project to another one.
