Looks like there may still be an issue with links...

in the page https://forum.lazarus.freepascal.org/index.php?topic=46617.0

notice that (at the time of this typing) the first link is active but subsequent links are back at **s:// (they were normal earlier in the day)

IOW, the first link is ok but the remaining links are not. 
(FPC v3.0.4 and Lazarus 1.8.2) or (FPC v3.2.2 and Lazarus v3.2) on Windows 7 SP1 64bit.

Only in the first post of that thread, all other links in posts of that thread are ok. I'll see if I can fix it with some queries

I see the opposite of that.  The first link is ok, the remaining links are not.  Do you see something different ?

I looked again and now I see that I may have misunderstood what you were saying.  In other posts the links are ok but, in the first post, the first link is ok and the remaining links are not.

I guess that's what you meant.
