image_mushrooms database example issue?

Hi all,

I tried to run SQLite3 example from .\Lazarus\examples\database\image_mushrooms,but I get error message when loading the project,see attachment.
Is there anything wrong?How to sovle it,thanks!

Seem that you did not install LazReport
