Create a drag over existing control

Hi

Hope this is easy and I have missed something.

I am trying to create a drag of a control and being able to drop on another control, this part I can do, but the problem I have is that I want whilst dragging the other controls on the form to behave as though i was not dragging, so that these controls that alter context when entered etc, still do that, i suspect this behaviour is happening because the dragging control is still operating its mousemove event.
