How configure editor wrap width?

See attached screenshot. It seems the editor has a built-in wrap width which maybe 70. I looked around in Options, but could not find any option to tune this value. Or is this just a hard-coded value?

CodeTools, Line Splitting, Max line length (an edit box, it's the first field on that dialog page).
