TODO List, where is it?

I can't find the ToDo list. AFAIR it was just below the IDE/View/Leaks and Traces.

Lazarus 2.2.2 (rev lazarus_2_2_2) FPC 3.2.2 i386-win32-win32/win64

In Laz 2.2.4 (Windows) it is at location you described.
Did it vanish or is it a new installation?

Not installed. It seems there are differences into the pre-installed packages with the older versions.

I don't think so. I checked Laz main, 2.2.4, 2.2.2, 2.2.0, 2.0.12 - they all have the "ToDo List" item in the "View" menu.

With fpcupdeluxe. Perhaps it is make?

It is not isntalled by default in fpcupdeluxe. You must go to Package =>Install/Uninstall packages => ToDoListLaz and then click "Install Selection" Button
