IBX 2.4.0 : TIBSQL Error

Hi guys,

I got damaged Windows 10 OS, so have to restored again from my last year backup.

After I restored again Windows 10 OS, installed again all required packages for Lazarus 2.0.12 (Win 32) and when opened form in the IDE the, got this error :
COmponent Class TIBSQL. Error reading S.Scrollable. Unknown properties Scrollable

So, what happen here?
How to fix this?
