Forum notifications

It has been a while since I have received a notification from any of the subforums I am subscribed to, or topics I replied to. Anyone else experienced a similar issue?

I rarely use them, but I've just requested one for this topic.
If anything my complaint is the opposite: topics which have drifted far from where I have any interest or expertise which continue to appear in my "Updated Topics" list.

Maybe I should rather ask: do we get email notifications, or is the Notifications view under my profile's Modify Profile menu the only place to view forum notifications? I seem to think I received email notifications a while back, but now I'm not certain.

I believe we used to, but I've not seen anything in response to your posting.
