Images at TBitBtn are not scaled in Lazarus 2.2.2 (Windows)

OS: windows, widgetset: win32.
The images at TBitBtn of standard Kinds (bkAbort, bkAll... etc) were atomatically scaled at high DPI when compiled with DPI awareness on or per Monitor by Lazarus 2.0.8. They are not automatically scaled when compiled by Lazarus 2.2.2.
Is it regression, bug, or what?

I remember some work being done with that control because it was leaking memory, maybe the end results affected that.

 I would report it.
