How to dock project explorer to the right pagecontrol
« on: August 10, 2022, 03:28:58 pm »
Hi:

Is it possible to dock the project explorer to the area where the component's tabSheet is docked?

I'm using AnchorDocking, AnchorDockingDsn, DockedFormEditor and Lazarus 2.2.2 fpc 3.2.2

Also:

After undocking one of the originally docked forms, how to dock it back to it's original docking position?

Thank's

Pick the Project Inspector at its header (the gray bar with the red x below the title bar) and drag it onto the tab bar where the Component list is docked. You should see a blue highlight at the tab bar. Release the header and the Project Inspector should appear there.

After undocking one of the originally docked forms, how to dock it back to it's original docking position?

Same as above: pick the offending window at its header and move it to where you want it. A blue highlight will show you where it will be docked (might take some fiddling to find the right position).

Note: if you don't have the headers, make sure they're enabled in Tools -> Settings -> Environment -> Docking / Anchordocking -> Show headers.
