Strange, I would expect it to show an error...
Anyway, does your local clone have a remote for the official repo? If not add one.
Then update your local data from the official remote, and push the branches to your fork/mirror. After that it should mirror again.
Or maybe it's even enough if you set your "main" to the commit 58ba82e9fe80d82caa59929c6a9b2618952cfd70 -> which is from upstream main, and which you already pushed (as part of one of your branches). Though looking at the graph, Gitlab knows it is from upstream.
For all else, search the gitlab bugtracker? Maybe it is a known issue.
