Program pinning to the taskbar on KDE, is it a regression?

Hello Zeljko,
can you please see https://github.com/Alexey-T/CudaText/issues/4246 ?

Lazarus 2.3.0 (rev main-2_3-1705-g455dc87b83) FPC 3.2.1 x86_64-linux-gtk2
I got this IDE trunk on 2022-07-18.

There's no change to WM_CLASS inside LCL Qt5, so don't know what can cause problem. Provide example project (without 3rd party components) so I'll check.

I made the primitive demo (together with binary 'app'),
see my comment about this demo

and user's reply - demo's behaviour is 'bad'.

User pinged me today: "Have the Lazarus folks responded about this? I have to stay back on 1.166.5 because of this issue. It's still present in 1.170."
