Change TTIEdit.Borderstyle at designtime

Hello,

The Properties "Borderstyle", "Alignment" and "Text" as they are found in  "TEdit", are not published in "TTIEdit". do i have to set them by myself in an Event when the form is beeing called ?, or is there any way to set it at Designtime ?.
