How can access to local share file in local network?

On my Desktop I have a folder with sharing rights that contains a database.
How could I access the database (without downloading the files)?
Thanks in advance for any help.

I have file manager + app and detect folder in address 192.168.2.15. There is an AgrosFolder folder. Can someone help me either copy or download the contents of the folder to the downloands folder of my android device
