What does "GeC" mean in the IDE background?

The IDE's main interface has had the word "GeC" in the lower left corner since earlier versions. What does it mean? I had suspected that it was the signature of the author of the ASCII Art, but it doesn't seem to correspond exactly. There seems no any explanation about it online.

Well, stylized a F looks like a G, and a P and a D both have a loop, so it is actually FPC :-)
