[SOLVED] Strange problem win10 to raspi cross

Hi All,

I "successfully" setup a cross compiler from win10 64 to arm-linux, I transferred all the requested *.so files in the arm-linux lib path and compile process finishes without errors.
console apps run well once transferred to raspian,
my problem is with desktop apps, the app runs and it appears in the panel (form1), the  workspace miniature shows a window that actually isn't shown in the desktop. Any idea? I attached a screenshot.

Afterwards I installed lazarus directly in raspian but is so slow, quite unusable.

if you start the prg from a terminal, is a message shown ?

I am cross compiling from W10/64 towards raspbian, i have only seen such a problem, if the lpr have not autocreate the form.

Did you start the job as a normal user, or as a privileged "pi"  user?

No messages launching ot from a terminal

Start it as the same user the graphics environment runs as (the one you use to login). (whoami on the cmdline)

Hi All,

I flashed lite image then I added XFCE afterwards.
Flashing raspian os desktop fixed it.

probably something missing in the system, it's strange as ldd didn't report anything bad.

by the way, solved!
