failed to create named pipe
« on: October 04, 2023, 03:55:34 am »
Hi friends

I'm testing doublecmd1.0.11 on a puppylinux-ThinSlacko5.3.3t-scsi and it prompts error "Failed to create named pipe:/run/doublecmd.pipe." on startup.

linux kernel 3.1.10-slacko_4ga
gtk 2.24.4

Why is that?

Thanks for the help.

Check your error return value.

Hi,

There is no such folder.
I created a new one and now it works.
Thank you very much for your pointers.

Check your error return value.

Hi,

Thanks for replying.

There is no return value. I tested the compiled version. Lazarus is not installed yet.

It's solved now.
