Object Inspector/Components highlight colour

This has been bugging me for a while and I can't find any way of changing it. As the attached shows, the text in the highlighted bar is barely readable, this is when it has not got focus, with focus the text is white. I've searched the color options and can't find a setting specific to the Components area, only the Object Inspector, and none of those colors have any affect in the Components area.
