Error when i try to create a database (firebird) on runtime

Hi everybody

I wanna make a application that creates a database, on firebird, at runtime. But, the batabase havent the fuction "createdatabase" as Delphi have. And when i try to use "create", show the erro "paramets incorrect".

You know how i can create a database on runtime??
