Running external program cuts the output in console stream.

Hi guys,
I need your help on the following topic:
I need to run an external program (Windows) in a console only style.
Now doing so is not the problem. The problem is, the output is to long in one line using the default console window settings:
This is the output:
Discover Applicable Updates Windows-x86_64-de..   153     Ger„t
where it should be this:
Discover Applicable Updates Windows-x86_64-de-WIN10sp0                                    153     Gerät

The correct output was generated using the windows command prompt with the settings: Window.With = 120 and running the command manually.
The first output was generated running the command using a console application and the command as external program and that being logged to an output file using the stream function.

I hope, I could make the point clear for you guys to follow what I mean.
