control alignment

Hello,
in this moment the component align tool has the many options among which there is:

"Center in window"

I was wondering if it would be senseful to add another option:

"Center in parent container"?

Or also, substitute the Center in window, with the one I suggest. In fact if you have a control (say a TButton) contained in a contained (say a TPanel), and the TPanel spans only a small portion on the containing TForm or TFrame, if one presses Center in window, it might easily happen that the cited TButton is moved in a hidden part on the TPanel. See the attached screenshots.
