I installed an new MacMini with MACOS Monterey, installed XCCODE en XCODE tools,
then downloaded and installed:  ppc-3.2.0.intel-macosx.dmg
started that, it finished with INSTALLATION SUCCESFULL!
But alas there was no FPC app and when I installed Lazarus it could not find the sources.
(I had done a restore from my old MAC, could old remains be the the problem?)

Comprehensive instructions for installing Lazarus + FPC can be found in the Wiki article Installing Lazarus on macOS.
