Is Possible to put bullets on report

You could use the Bullet character • or the White Bullet charater ◦. If • and ◦ don't work, then you need a gun  :D

Depends on the font, some come with other variations, like:
Inverse Bullet: ◘
Circled Bullet: ⦿
Circled Whilte Bullet: ⦾

Yes this work on windows but in mac the attach file show when text is more than 1 line...
change the bullets

Looks like a bug. Do you see the same if you preview the report?

If you can try to reproduce it with a simple project, would make it easy to debug.

Yes some bug on edit mode show same change the text and put complete deferent characters...
