new package crashes IDE

Hi,
I tried to make a descendant from TMaskEdit. After recompiling and restarting the IDE it crashes without any notice.
Any idea how to solve this or do I have to install lazarus again ?

Unfortunately you have to reinstall Lazarus. I'm just kidding :D.
You always have a backup of the binary in the installation folder. Delete the current executable, then rename lazarus.old to lazarus.
