lhelp: zoom font sizes?

Is it possible to add in lhelp keyboard shortcuts to zoom fonts in and out?  Or a config/cli option?  On a hi-res display, the fonts look too small, especially when the sight isn't ideal.  Now I use kchmviewer, but lhelp has its benefits, would be great to improve its usability.
