Hot reload on Lazarus suggestion

Hello lazarus & fpc team,

I tried little bit VS2022's hot reload feature by wpf for testing and actually it seems as nice and useful.
So maybe this feature could be help for on demand changes.

Is there any work around about hot reload or similar feature for lazarus/fpc apps?
