I need to show form on bottom of screen. In my ListBox are any items. I want to display a ListBox on the entire form and change form width and height. I need height of item for calculate final form height. If the form is larger than the screen, the ListBox gets a scrollbar.
It is like as Windows toolbar:

Windows 11 does not support toolbars and I am programming replacement for my use.

If it's not a ownerDraw type box then the property "ItemHeight" should do.
