Doc about the procedures InsertRow and DeleteRow

Where could I find more documentation about the procedures InsertRow and DeleteRow (especially their impact on the formulas contained in the same WorkSheet and Workbook), and more generally about other subjects which are not described in the wiki under lazarus.freepascal.org, the only doc I have found up to now.

There is also a chm help file, fpspreadsheet-api.chm in the docs folder of the fpspreadsheet installation. However, it is not integrated into the IDE and thus does not open upon pressing F1. You must open it manually.

Beyond that: the sources contain a lot of documentation headers for most declarations and procedures (from which the chm file is generated, by the way).
