How do I download the Free Pascal Editor for WIN 64bit?

This is 32-bit lazarus. OP needs 64-bit from https://sourceforge.net/projects/lazarus/files/Lazarus%20Windows%2064%20bits/Lazarus%202.2RC2/ . It contains 64-bit Free Pascal IDE (fp.exe).
