A Latin name is suggestive, after all 'Lazarus' is a latinized name.

Huh, if I may, Lazarus name has Hebrew origin and means "God has helped".

PS: Cogito ergo sum.

Origin being Hebrew, that is correct. But Lazarus is the romanized/latinized form of the original hebrew name I think is what simone is getting at.

And you are correct (and I did not read carefully the "ized")  :-[
I use Lazarus 2.2.0 32/64 and FPC 3.2.2 32/64 on Debian 11 64 bit, Windows 10, Windows 7 32/64, Windows XP 32,  FreeBSD 64.

From https://chat.openai.com :
Question:

Q: FPC 3.0.0 was named "Pestering Peacock".
What should FPC 3.2.4 be named?

A: As an AI language model, I don't have personal opinions or make decisions, but here are a few suggestions for naming FPC 3.2.4:

    Soaring Swallow

hmmm.... that openai better be over 18 ;)

I think it would be fun to assign a name to FPC and Lazarus releases.  I'd support naming them after eminent scientists, e.g, Sofya Kovalevskaya (women in science don't get nearly as much recognition as males with half their talent get)

FPC v3.0.4 and Lazarus 1.8.2 on Windows 7 SP1 64bit.

"Rambunctious Raven" is good, but likely not characteristic of a stable branch.
How about "Rapid Reindeer"? Makes FPC sounds fast  :D
