lazarus 0.9.25 and firebird 2.1 problem

There is problem on displaying turkish letters in lazarus. For adjust that problem I use all compenents like zeos uib fibl lblib but  I couldn t able to  find solution of that problem. Did you have any idea for solve that problem.
