You are asking in a Lazarus Forum. Maybe in a Delphi Forum you get another answer.  O:-) 8-)

Since TMS Web Core UI seems to be essential to your application I'd recommend to use Delphi rather than Lazarus. In one forum discussion I helped to fix compilation issues of one particular TMS component set, and from this I got the impression that Lazarus support is not at high priority.
Mainly Lazarus trunk / fpc 3.2.0 / all 32-bit on Win-10, but many more...

Or a versio  for the Visual Studio Code: https://www.tmssoftware.com/site/tmswebcorevsc.asp

The priority for Lazarus support is bound to increase over time, not decline. And so is the percentage of users who want to run the app on something other than Windows and fill your inbox with corresponding requests.

I am thinking liability ?

Unless this is for yourself, doing banking at home. Most places like to have someone to blame when they report to work on a monday to find out the software just donated all of their riches and maybe some IOU's to some party they hate the most! :(

We use Delphi at work in many machines (Automation) because they don't want to chance using lazarus However, they have been finding out that it does not make much of a difference because we don't seem to get any more help for the D products when things go wrong over any other vender. So it's a shot in the dark I guess.

Yes, Delphi does fail at times, Too! >:(

Hi,
I'm using now Lazarus Free Pascal Compiler (in CodeTyhon Studio) now for more than seven years in a real-time automation enviroment for HMI's based on DirectX and PLC Beckhoff.

The applications runing without any problems. The compiler is working well.
I had also applications running on Linux and WinCE. What is not possible with Delphi.
So I think: Lazarus is perfect for all needs  8)

Well, what do they say on the Delphi forums :-) ?
use: Linux 64 bits (Ubuntu 20.04 LTS).
Lazarus version: 2.0.4 (svn revision: 62502M) compiled with fpc 3.0.4 - fpDebug \ Dwarf3.
