Lazarus could not found 64bit fpc compiler without 32bit installed.

When I reinstall only 64bit compiler using this binary fpc-3.2.2.win32.and.win64.exe I found that Lazarus could not find any compiler at all.

It's complain that it could not find system.ppu.

IIRC then this will install the 32-bit fpc compiler and the win32->win64 crosscompiler.

This is my setup and Lazarus did not mind at all.
