App cannot load python3.9.dylib file from 'universal2' Python installer

Not sure it is worth the bugreport.
CudaText cannot load Python 3.9 dylib file if it is from 'universal' installer.
Python has 2 installers:

 Python 3.9.6 - June 28, 2021
    Download macOS 64-bit Intel installer
    Download macOS 64-bit universal2 installer

Mac with Mojave 10.14.6, Intel x64.
CudaText is based on FPC 3.2.1.
