Lazarus application examples with FFMPEG Version 4.3.2 and SDL2 Version 2.0.14

OK. Quite simply I can't debug an application that uses PasLibVLC. See here https://forum.lazarus.freepascal.org/index.php/topic,54804.0.html

I am not certain if the issue is with PasLibVLC or VLC.
