Hi lijinjie,

Not so long ago, one of your fellow countryman had the same issue. You can read more here: https://forum.lazarus.freepascal.org/index.php/topic,48881.15.html
His/Her final conclusion was:
Quote
Finally I took my laptop with me and went to some of my friends who are using different internet providers. And in one of their home I found the repository is accessable. I already applied the same internet provider as his. And hopefully this problem can be solved for good.

If the official repository is not working for you, you can try the following alternative: http://lazarusopm.org/packages/
Please go to OPM->Options->General->Remote Repository and click the '...' button, press Add then enter the following address: http://lazarusopm.org/packages/ .Press OK twice, then change the repository in the combobox.  If OPM still fails to connect then unfortunately I cannot help.

Thank you so much!
You're welcome! Please let me know if the second repository works for you.

PS: One more thing you can try is set the "Connection timeout"(OPM->Options->General) to a larger value: 100 seconds for example.

Unfortunately, the connection is still very bad.  I do think I need to use a VPN to solve this problem. :)
