Project Wince Marvell processor, PXA310 does not open

I have a project that normally opens on an arm, windows ce 5.0 processor, but on another collector the Datalogic Memor X3 that has a Marvell PXA310 processor the application does not open. I tried to change in the options in the project the target of the processor for i386 but there is an error in Lazarus saying that it does not have the system.ppu file.
Does anyone know how I can solve?

PXA310 is arm cpu not i386, OS version?

Windows 6.0.

if I make any blank screen and have it open in the collector, it doesn't open or execute anything
