So how do i get the Previous Record of a TSQLQUERY ?

If there's Next, there should be Prior.

You should use code completion. From the list you can guess the right method by its name usually.
Mostly Lazarus trunk and FPC 3.2 on Manjaro Linux 64-bit.

I guess the name Prior doesn't ring a bell for you, as commonly Next is paired with Prev instead of Prior.
