Where to find Lazarus programmers?

US company need to port existing C++ Builder/Delphi application to Lazarus in order to make it multi-platform.

Any ideas where to find Lazarus programmers for such a project?

Any Delphi developer should be able to adapt to Lazarus quickly. Even further, any developer can learn a new language given 1 month or so. So you can just search for a delphi developer or a generic developer with capability to learn new things. I remember vaguely that there are some websites to find developers based on curriculum, try googling.
