Indy is still alive?

Downloading Indy seems not to work. I wanted to download indy from page
https://www.indyproject.org/download/
but version 10 points to a site
http://ww2.indyproject.org/
which cannot be reached (I tried 1 month ago also).
My questions: is Indy no longer developed? Does somebody know from were I can download Version 10 (the last version?)? Or are there better alternatives libraries from FreePascal?

It is alive, but moved to github, see:
